With our warehouse in California, we are able to deliver our product to you as soon as possible.

For the Expedited Shipping option, if we receive your order before noon local time of our fulfillment center (UTC -7), your order will be processed on that day and proceeded to ship within the next 2 business days. However, if the order is received after noon local time, it will take another day to process your order. Once fulfilled, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

International

Depending on the distance between our warehouse and your address, delivery time can vary from 7-14 days.

Please note that you will be responsible for all the import duties, taxes, and Customs fees.

Even though we try our best to let customers receive their packages in time, we are not liable for any delivery delay or failure due to beyond our control circumstances, including high volumes of orders, seasonal demand,  severe weather conditions, and epidemics.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 working day after purchasing.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your package tracking information when it is shipped. With this email, you can follow the process of your order and can contact us for just-in-time support if something is wrong.

Order Cancellation

As we want to deliver your order as fast as possible, we tend to process it within the day you purchase. In case you want to make changes or cancel the order, please contact us within the first 30 minutes after purchasing. After that period, we can’t do anything since your order will be processed in our fulfillment center. However, you can return the order once received with no extra fee because we got you covered.

P.O. shipping support

We do ship to P.O. boxes, however, we don’t recommend this method.

If possible, please choose another address where there will be recipient for shipping as we cannot support you in case of missing package for this method.

Missing or Stolen package

If your estimated arrival date surpasses and your package is nowhere to be found on the tracking page, do not hesitate to contact us for support. We’ll file a claim to the shipping service to trace your order. Please allow up to 21 business days for investigation. Please note that we can only support you regarding the issue when the tracking hasn’t been updated to “delivered” status.

Incorrect Shipping information

After receiving your order, we make effort to validate your shipping information to make sure it is valid with our shipping partners. In case the information is invalid and we are unable to contact customer, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Please contact us within the first 30 minutes after purchase for just-in-time support. We can only help you change the shipping information within that period.

In case the address is valid but incorrect:

  • If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will support the customer in shipping to the correct address. As we value customer buying experience at Unipop, we will resend the package with prepaid shipping fee by us. However, keep in mind this offer is only valid one time per purchase.
  • In other cases, we are sorry to inform that we are unable to recover the package as we do not hold responsible if the customer provides incorrect shipping information.

Potential service interruptions

Be aware that the order may arrive later than the estimated delivery date due to beyond our control circumstances. If this happens, we will inform you of the issue that causes the delay and accompany you throughout the situation.
