RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

As we always make effort to make our product suitable for our customers, we profoundly believe that our product will bring joy to you. However, we understand that sometimes our product may not be something you expect or even damaged. In that case, you can return the purchased product for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days after the purchase.

To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All products are eligible to return & refund except on-sale products
  • Only in case of lost and damage, on-sale products will be eligible for this policy
  • Partial exchange in multiple products order is acceptable
  • Product must be in its original packaging, unused condition
  • Proof of purchase (packaging slip/ a copy of order confirmation via email) must be included
  • Proof of damaged/ defective product must be included in case of return due to damaging

How to return

To return an item for an exchange/ refund, please reply to our order confirmation email or send a request via hello@unipopcards.com.

After receiving your request, we will send you a new shipping label via email to return the order. No need to worry about the fee, it will be prepaid by us as we take responsible for all return shipping fees.

Once you receive the shipping label, please print it out, send the item and leave the rest to us.

  • For Exchange

Keep in mind that the exchange product must have equal value with your returned one.

As we value your experience, please enjoy the exchange product with no additional fee to pay. While you send the return package to us, we will ship out the exchange one with a prepaid shipping fee by Unipop.

  • For Refund

We will proceed to refund 100% value of your order (shipping included) through your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving your returned package.
