  • Is your website is safe to use my credit card online?
  • We follow industry standards on information security management to safeguard sensitive information, such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details and any other personal information entrusted to us. Our information security systems apply to people, processes and information technology systems on a risk management basis.

    We perform annual audits to ensure our handling of your credit card information aligns with industry guidelines. We are certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service provider, which is the highest level of compliance available, and our platform is audited annually by a third-party qualified security assessor.

    No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

  • What forms of payment may I use?
  • You can pay for items on our Unipop online store by using Paypal, Credit card, Amazon Pay.

  • What is your guarantee & return policy?
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchange for merchandise within 30 days of purchase for most orders.

    We offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the items that are returned. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents.

  • I have seen an item but it no longer seems to be in stock?
  • Some of our most desirable products will run out, so you do need to buy it before it’s gone. However some of our items are basic styles that we will get frequently. Keep an eye on our online store in order not to miss out the items you love.

  • I have just placed an order. Can I cancel or change it?
  • Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch. We cannot always honor order cancellation requests. We are trying to fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your cards for the holidays so each order is pulled from our inventory immediately after it comes in so we can ship it as quickly as possible. Please read our Terms and Conditions below for more details.

  • What will I do if I receive an incorrect item in my order?
  • If you have received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact Customer Service straight away, and let us know your order number and product code/product name if you want a refund or replacement.

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes. We are currently shipping in domestic (Vietnam) and to many international countries including the US, Australia, Spain, Slovenia, Germany, Italy, Japan, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Netherlands and many others.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
  • The shipment will be delivered to you after 2-3 or 5-7 business days.

    We offer two kinds of delivery terms:

    1) By express: for most of orders

    2) By Sea: for larger order.

    We corporate with DHL, UPS, USPS (First Class mail service) etc express companies. Your goods will be sent to you with an absolute in a quite short time.

  • Can I sell Unipop in my store?
  • Yes, of course. We do wholesale and would love to work with any retail stores, distributors, sale reps,... Please contact us at unipopcard@gmail.com for full catalog, wholesale price and terms.

  • Do you offer customize/ personalize service?
  • Yes, we do. You can either work with us for a complete new design or ask us to have your logo/name inserted on our already designs. Please contact us at for custom price, minimum quantity and other terms.

  • How is my information used?
  • The information we learn from customers helps us to continually improve your shopping experience at Unipop.

    We receive and store any information you enter on our web site when you request a catalog, request free samples, place an order, give us a telephone call, send us a letter or an e-mail.

    We use the information you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving our store, and communicating with you.

  • Do you sell my information to others?
  • Under no circumstances do we sell your information to others because the information about our customers is an important part of our business.

  • Can I use your images on my blog, on my website or as an e-card?
  • Unipop owns the copyright on all our designs and images. They are not available to be used on any blogs, websites. Re-producing the images and designs from our website for other purposes is illegal and strictly prohibited.

    Terms and Conditions
  • Do you have the Return Policy?
  • Yes, we have. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase for most orders. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned items. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Price adjustments for orders already placed will not be honored.

    All items must be returned by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order code and order date. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

    If your card is damaged on arrival, please reach out to us at unipopcard@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and we will work with you to remedy the situation.

  • How about your Order Cancellation Policy?
  • We cannot always honor order cancellation requests.

    We are trying to fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your cards for the holidays so each order is pulled from our inventory immediately after it comes in so we can ship it as quickly as possible. Please see our return policy.

  • What should I do if late or missing refunds happens (if applicable)?
  • Once we have completed sending you your refund, we will inform if you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at unipopcard@gmail.com.

  • What size of Unipop card?
  • We’re so glad to give you the product size of 5x7” (actually 5 1/4 x 7 1/4 inches) which is the size satisfies the golden ratio in the design and requires no additional postage so long as they weigh 1 oz. or less in some countries, such as America.

  • How are Unipop cards packaged?
  • Each card comes in an envelope and inside a plastic bag.

  • Can I have a description paper for each card?
  • Yes, of course. We provide a description paper in each card’s package. This paper will show how the card and the 3D sculpture look when opened.

  • Where can I write a wish on the card?
  • Don’t worry. Each product comes with a piece of blank paper inside and you only need to write your lines of note on it without fear of damaging the card.

    Anything else?
  • Do you produce these card yourself?
  • Yes, we are manufacturer, consultant and designer of fine art of paper products. 3D pop up cards are our main products.

  • Where are your cards made?
  • Vietnam has a very rich history of paper cutting and are home to finest paper craftspeople in the world. We create our cards in our beloved country and have the opportunity to work with our skillful craftsmen.
